This document sets out the terms and conditions for using the cat6 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account or using any part of the cat6 platform, you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use cat6's services.
These terms apply to all platform users, including visitors, registered users, and anyone accessing content or services through the cat6 website or mobile app. Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms are published will be deemed as acceptance of the updated terms.
This platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. cat6 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any account that does not meet this requirement.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date. cat6 reserves the right to verify a user's identity and request supporting documents at any time as part of the account verification process.
Password Security
Users are solely responsible for keeping their password and login credentials confidential. cat6 will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by a user's failure to protect their login information.
Multiple Account Prohibition & Abuse
Users are strictly prohibited from creating more than one account, sharing an account with another person, or using someone else's account. Any attempt to defraud the system, exploit technical bugs, or manipulate game outcomes is a serious violation and may result in immediate account termination without a refund.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All transactions on the cat6 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds belong to them and were obtained through legitimate means. cat6 does not accept deposits from third parties.
Accepted payment methods include TNG eWallet, FPX (Malaysian local banks), and direct bank transfer. Each method may have different minimum deposit and withdrawal limits. Users are advised to check the current limits before making any transaction.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. cat6 reserves the right to delay or reject a withdrawal if there are signs of suspicious activity or if account verification has not been completed. Processing times depend on the selected payment method and the relevant bank's business hours.
Any fees or charges imposed by your bank or payment provider are the user's responsibility. cat6 does not cover third-party transaction costs.
Liability Limits & Account Suspension Policy

Cat6 shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, data corruption, or service disruptions.
This platform is provided on an "as is" basis. cat6 makes no guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical errors, interruptions, or service outages.
Account Suspension & Closure
Cat6 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence of a breach of these Terms & Conditions, fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
In the event of account closure due to a violation, any remaining balance may be withheld if it is linked to activity that breaches our terms. Users may contact [email protected] for any enquiries regarding account closure.
Intellectual Property
All content on the cat6 platform — including the brand name, logo, graphic designs, text, software, and user interface — is the exclusive property of cat6 and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Users may not copy, modify, redistribute, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from cat6.
Third-Party Links
The cat6 platform may contain links or references to third-party websites and services. These links are provided for convenience only. cat6 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.
Users are advised to read the terms and privacy policy of each third-party website they visit separately.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Cat6 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page. Users are encouraged to check this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
